After 25 years in the A/E/C industry, our founders experienced how complexity and scale could sometimes create distance—from clients, from purpose, and from the people doing the work. He envisioned something different. A company where relationships come first, where good work is done with good people, and where our craft could be practiced with clarity, integrity, and connection.
