We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to support our land development, energy & public infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include:
Leads and manages high-performing project teams by strategically delegating tasks, aligning responsibilities with individual strengths, and supporting professional growth.
Provides ongoing feedback and mentorship to direct reports, promoting continuous development and career advancement.
Leverages technical expertise and leadership acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, resulting in exceptional client satisfaction.
Leads contract negotiations for professional services, ensuring compliance with client requirements and financial objectives.
Actively participates in preparing proposals and may contribute to client presentations to support business development efforts.
Assists in the preparation of contractual agreements with clients and ensures a thorough understanding of contract terms and obligations.
Develops a comprehensive project task list to define the scope of work, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Establish project budgets and schedules for each task, optimizing resources and efficiency.
Develops and implements effective project planning strategies to drive successful outcomes.
Evaluates risk-reward scenarios to optimize the financial impact of project changes.
Proactively identifies and pursues business development opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships and securing repeat business.
The set of qualifications we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Registered as a Professional Engineer.
15 years’ industry experience, with minimum of 5 years in Project management roles.
Working knowledge of all aspects of engineering planning, design and construction related to land development, public or renewable energy projects.
Intermediate to advanced skill with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft suite programs.
Proficient in exercising control over the flow of work being accomplished, including the technical quality, budget, schedule, client satisfaction and financial results.
Ability to conceptualize the initial design approach for projects with the overall responsibility for the project design through completion.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, while successfully communicating to all stakeholders, including clients, internal staff, subcontractors, and review agencies.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges in a proactive manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can successfully manage a team of dynamic individuals; can lead various personality styles.
Physical Requirement:
The job requires the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
Occasional travel to Client facilities and project sites require ability to be physically mobile in the field and construction sites.

Compensation
$110,000 - $150,000
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
